Raptor Rehabilitator
I went to an all day series of lectures on wildlife preservation and management in Idaho focusing primarily on raptors.
This image was captured with my Minolta X-700 and Tamron 28-200. The exposure was f 11 @ 1/60 sec. I used a fill flash to reduce the contrast between the dark eagle and shirt and the light, overcast sky. The fill also puts a highlight in the eye of the eagle.
